External works, including driveway, decoration, rendering, and landscaping
Dorchester, Dorset
The old garden was entirely stripped out and the existing render, which had been poorly installed originally, was removed from the house. Everything was smartened up and replaced; ecodek Composite Decking was used for the decking, fencing, gate and to create a bin store, with excellent sustainable properties, this was a far superior choice over more traditional materials and used widely in the garden, it created a slick finish and everything matched and coordinated. Traditional render was used on the house with a Dulux Weathershield finish, again used for its longevity. A new drainage system was employed in the driveway and to finish it was laid with attractive Scottish Pebble stone.

The new kitchen is now spacious, with new French doors, a breakfast bar and family seating area with a contemporary finish.
Double-storey extension and garage conversion
Fleet, Hampshire
Two major changes were carried out to dramatically increase the living space in this house; a double-storey extension was added and part of the garage was converted into an open plan dining area. Upstairs within the new extension, a split-level bedroom was added, a new shower area and the 5th bedroom was made larger. Downstairs, a new utility room was created in addition to the new dining area and a tiled floor was laid throughout to create an open-plan, spacious feel.
